Tips for the Best Harira
- Soak chickpeas overnight if using dried ones for a softer texture.
- Blend tomatoes instead of using canned ones for a fresher taste.
- For extra depth of flavor, let the soup rest for 10 minutes before serving.
- Harira thickens as it cools, so adjust with water or broth if needed.
