  • 2 potatoes (cubed)
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)

For Garnishing:

  • Fresh coriander (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Qursan Bread

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, salt, and water to form a soft dough.
  2. Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  3. Divide into small balls and roll each into a thin, round sheet.
  4. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook each piece for about 1 minute per side until golden brown.
